i was here

i was here is a project celebrating the small moments we may have otherwise missed

each page features a video found on my phone's camera roll which might have been otherwise forgotten

much of our online life is temporal; videos and pictures are uploaded and forgotten about, lost in the sea of information that is the internet

i was here is a small space on the internet for moments that we may have missed whilst staring into a screen and for moments captured that might have been lost in the depths of a phone camera roll or a social media timeline

the project is also a reminder to me that i existed in these moments, present behind the camera, and therefore i continue to exist in their digital presence
